The Viaje BLACK and white Maduro and the black and WHITE Connecticut are both inspired by the fondant covered short bread cookie of the same name (we are from Massachusetts we prefer to call them half-moons). Not much is known about the filler and binder but we do know the maduro version is designed to be paired with the Connecticut version and they rehash the age old question do you start with the light or the dark, vanilla or chocolate, Connecticut or maduro?
