Policy

Pleasant Smoke Shop’s ("Pleasant Smoke Shop", "we", "us" or "our") return policy is for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of the purchase, all returns must meet the following guidelines:

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
  • If the wrong item is received, we shall replace it for the correct item free of charge, the wrong item must be received by us and in original unaltered factory condition before we ship the correction.
  • Except in the case of the wrong item is delivered, the following may not be returned:
    • Closeout Merchandise
    • Single Cigars
    • Cigars in Packages of 5 cigars or Less
    • Open Cigar Packages that contain more than one brand, size, or style
    • Open Cigar Packages of 10 cigars or less where the individual cigars are not contained in wooden box or metallic/glass tube.
    • Product’s with a Manufacturer Only Return Policy
    • Butane or any Prefilled Lighter
    • Returns for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • All products that are new with undamaged original unaltered factory packaging can be returned for store credit excluding:
    • Closeout Merchandise
    • Single Cigars
    • Product’s where an add-on or promotional item was not included with the return
    • Product’s with a Manufacturer Only Return Policy
    • Any item where a quantity of 6 or more were ordered on one order or attempts to curtail this maximum for the direct purpose to resell.
  • Products that are received for return maybe rejected for any of the following reasons:
    • Product not sold by Pleasant Smoke Shop
    • Items intentionally damaged, altered, or tampered
    • Item is a sampler, is an open package of cigars that contains more than one brand, size, or style
    • Any item where a quantity of 6 or more were ordered on one order or attempts to curtail this maximum for the direct purpose to resell.
  • To return an open package of cigars that contain the same type that are opened which are a box, bundle, sleeve of tins or packs may have a prorated return where more than 2/3’s of the quantity are still intact, intact shall mean:
    • If the cigar was in a bundle or box, it is as received from the factory and the individual cigar was not removed from its cellophane or other factory packaging if applicable
    • If the cigars are in paper/cardboard packs or metal tins the tin/pack must be unopened and as received from the factory and not removed from its factory packaging if applicable
  • Pro rated returns do NOT apply to samplers, open cigar packages that contain more than one brand, size, or style

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Under no circumstance will we cross-ship an item.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns can be mailed to:

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
