These are Pleasant Smokes General Shipping Terms

In-stock products will ship the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Otherwise it will ship the next business day.

Products not available the same day may delay shipping times

We exclusively ship with UPS to the contiguous 48 States, Hiwaii and Alaska ship via USPS

Delivery times measured in business days.

We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders are subject up to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.

We process orders on weekends, excluding holidays.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.

We require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery

Pleasant Smoke exclusively ships with UPS with Adult Signature Required we are unable to bill to a seperate UPS account

Shipping Charges
Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your Pleasant Smoke Shop
invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the
services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to
us.
Cross-Ship
Pleasant Smoke does not cross-ship products under any circumstances.
Risk of Loss
Pleasant Smoke Shop will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to you, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to
the product(s) and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Pleasant Smoke Shop will
advise you of estimated shipping dates, but Pleasant Smoke Shop will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery,
and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public
enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight
embargoes.

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Site, delivery estimates are only estimates and are not guaranteed
delivery times, should not be relied upon as such and do not form part of the contract between Pleasant Smoke Shop and
you.
